Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of our services and the use of www.traveleisures.in ("Website"), operated by TRAVELEISURES LLP, a registered travel agency. By utilising our services (online or offline), accessing or using our Website, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the Website or our availing our Services.


1. Acceptance of Terms:
By utilising our services or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Website or utilise our service.


2. Services:
Our Website provides information about travel destinations, itineraries, packages, and related services. We facilitate bookings for flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and other travelrelated services provided by third-party suppliers.


3. Bookings:
a. All bookings made either through one of our representatives or through our Website are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the respective suppliers. We do not guarantee the availability of any service or package.
b. Prices listed on the Website are subject to change without notice. Final prices will be confirmed during the booking process.
c. The issuance of reservations/booking vouchers takes a certain amount of time in some cases and is dependent on the third-party suppliers.
d. We are not responsible in case of any delays in issuance of booking vouchers and subsequent increase in prices of any related bookings.
e. Any offers by the third-party suppliers or from the company can be withdrawn at anytime and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue offers without any notice.
f. The client is responsible for sharing accurate and pertinent information required for the booking.
g. Any charges related to modifying the booking will be borne by the Client.
h. Clients must review their booking voucher once it is shared with them and report to us within one hour if there are any discrepancies in the booking. Failure to report discrepancies within the allotted time frame would deem the booking voucher as accurate with no scope for change.  


4. Payments:
a. A complete upfront payment is required for the issuance of booking reservations/vouchers.
b. We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our Website.
c. Prices may include taxes, fees, and surcharges imposed by government authorities or suppliers. You are responsible for any additional charges not included in the booking price.
d. If clients require a bill with GST, we would need to be informed of the same at the initial stage of enquiry.
e. Payment gateway/credit card charges will be extra.
f. In case of International Payments, clients will be responsible for bearing exchange rates and additional charges, if any, levied by the bank/payment gateways.


5. Cancellations and Refunds:
a. All our bookings are non-refundable in nature and bookings remain non-refundable, if cancelled by the customer.
b. Cancellation policies vary by supplier and are subject to their terms. We recommend reviewing the supplier's terms before making a booking.
c. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the supplier's refund policy.
d. Refunds are not issued against any complimentary services or upgrades offered. 


6. Travel Documents:
a. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, travel Insurance and health certificates, for their trip.
b. We are not responsible for any issues or delays caused by incomplete or incorrect travel documentation.
c. Validity of the passport and a return flight ticket is mandatory for Indian citizens while travelling abroad for Tourism.  


7. Limitation of Liability:
a. We act as an intermediary between clients and the suppliers. We are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any supplier.
b. We are not liable for any loss, injury, accident, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by the supplier, force majeure events, or any other third party.


8. Indemnification:
The clients agree to indemnify and hold TRAVELEISURES LLP, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or the use of our Website or your violation of these Terms & Conditions.


9. Intellectual Property:
The content on our Website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.


10. Modifications:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website or these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes.


11. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangalore, India without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

13. Airline Bookings, Hotel Bookings & Airbnb:

When using our services for airline, hotel, and Airbnb bookings, please note the following terms and conditions:  


14. Brochure/ Website/ Advertising

The information contained in our website, brochure, itineraries and other advertising material is believed to be clear and understandable for all the visitors. However, there may be errors occasionally and information may be changed at any time. We request all our customers to check out the terms and conditions before at the time of booking. Flights:
1. All bookings are classified as non-refundable.
2. Changes to bookings will incur a modification charges as imposed by the company in addition to flight fare difference, plus any rescheduling charges by the airline, if applicable.
3. Any new bookings would require new payment initiation. Pending refunds cannot be adjusted against new bookings.
4. If a client initiates any modification on their own, the company will not be responsible for any consequences faced by the client as a result of the modification.
5. It is the discretion of the airline/third party vendor while allotting PNRs to bookings. PNRs can be split for group bookings, onward and return journeys as per the discretion of the airline/third party vendor.


HOTEL & AIRBNB:
In the context of hotels and Airbnb bookings, please be aware of the following terms:
All bookings are classified as non-refundable.


Complimentary Transfer Policy
We offer the following Complimentary Transfers, subject to availability.
1. With an International Roundtrip Flight Reservation, 2 ways transfer in the first city of origin is complimentary.
2. With an International One Way Flight Reservation, 1 way transfer in the first city of origin is complimentary.
3. With an International Roundtrip Flight Reservation + Hotel Booking, all four ways transfer is complimentary, provided it is booked together under the same reservation number.
4. Clients will receive transfer details with driver and vehicle information 5-12 hours before departure.
5. Changes to the transfer details are not permitted, once submitted.
6. A penalty may be imposed if client’s request for the complimentary transfer service and do not avail it once it has been assigned.
7. Client’s are advised to adhere to the pick-up timings, the transport provider will not wait more than a period of 10 minutes.
8. Transfer details like client’s address and phone number must be shared as soon as the payment is processed, failing which the complimentary transfer facility will stand cancelled.
9. The transfers are facilitated through a designated third-party transportation provider operating in the specific city of service. Only clients who have been designated the transfer facility are permitted to use it, any extra pax will not be permitted.
10. In the event of vehicle cancellations due to reasons attributed to the transport provider like natural calamities, hazardous weather conditions, unforseen delays or circumstances, the transfer facility will stand cancelled.
11. No reimbursement or refunds will be issued against cancelled transfer services.
12. We are not responsible for the condition of the vehicle allotted and the services provided within the vehicle and by the driver/ transport provider. Any issues arising due to the complimentary transfers need to be settled directly with the transportation vendor. Traveleisures is in no way responsible for the service or conduct of the transport providers during the complimentary transfers.
13. Traveleisures is not responsible for any delays arising due to the client availing the complimentary transfer service. Clients are not permitted to make any deviations in the route and must promptly adhere to the schedule authorised by our company.
14. Complimentary Transfers are allotted on an availability basis. Booking an international flight ticket does not entitle the client to a complimentary transfer, it is allotted by the company. Complimentary transfers are strictly subject to availability, the company does not take any responsibility for cancellation or non-fulfilment of the service.

By availing themselves of the complimentary transfer services, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Traveleisures LLP retains the right to modify these terms and conditions at its discretion without prior notification.


Holiday Packages

1. Booking and Payment Terms
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. All packages are non-refundable.
Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted payment methods. Any fees related to payment methods, such as currency conversion, will be borne by the client.
Complete Payment is required to book a package, part-payments are not permitted.


2. Cancellation by the Client
All bookings under packages are non-refundable upon cancellation.


3. Changes to Booking by the Client
Requests for changes (e.g., change in travel dates, destinations, accommodations) are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
If amendments lead to an increase in package cost (e.g., upgrades), the client must cover the difference. Reductions or downgrades in services will not result in refunds.
Name changes or corrections on bookings may incur a fee as per airline or hotel policies.


4. Changes in Itinerary, Flights, and Hotels by the Company
The company reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, flights, and hotels for reasons that may include, but are not limited to, force majeure, operational requirements, and safety concerns. The company will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives of equal or greater value.


5. Itinerary Changes:
Itineraries are planned in advance, but changes may be necessary due to local conditions, weather, strikes, government regulations, political instability, or any other factors beyond the company’s control.
Examples of changes may include:
Substituting visits to alternate destinations or attractions if the planned sites are closed or inaccessible.
Adjusting the order of tours or the timing of activities based on local operational requirements.
Activities included in the package like Cable car, hot air balloon etc are dependant on external factors, the company is not liable if cancellation of such activities occurs.


6. Flight Changes:
Airlines reserve the right to reschedule or cancel flights for reasons such as operational constraints, weather conditions, or government restrictions. The company has no control over these changes and cannot be held responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or missed connections.
Additional costs due to flight changes (e.g., overnight accommodation, meals, transportation) will not be covered by the company, and the client should refer to their travel insurance for compensation, if availed by the client.
Flight times, routes, and carriers provided at the time of booking are subject to change based on the airline’s policies.


7. Hotel Changes:
Hotels offered in the package are based on availability at the time of booking. The company will not be held responsible if the selected property becomes unavailable due to overbooking, operational issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
No refund will be provided for changes of hotels.


8. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)
The company cannot be held responsible for changes, delays, or cancellations due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, government regulations, or other events beyond the company’s control.
Refunds or credits may be subject to the policies of airlines, hotels, and other third-party suppliers.


9. Travel Documentation
The client is responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, including passports (with at least [10 months] validity), visas, and any required health documents (e.g., vaccinations). Documents for visa need to be submitted within the time frame specified by the company, failure to do so may result in delays that could impact the package. The company is not liable to refund the client in such instances.
Visa assistance may be provided, but the company cannot guarantee visa issuance, and the client is responsible for any associated fees.
Failure to obtain the necessary travel documents will not entitle the client to a refund.


10. Health, Safety, and Travel Insurance
Health: It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they are medically fit for travel. The company shall not be liable for any medical issues or expenses incurred during the trip.
Travel Insurance: Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory, covering medical emergencies, cancellations, lost luggage, and personal liability. Clients must ensure their insurance policy is adequate for the destinations and activities included in their itinerary.
The company will not be held liable for any accidents, illnesses, or incidents that occur during the trip. Clients participate in all activities at their own risk.


11. Prices and Inclusions
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in exchange rates, supplier costs, taxes, fuel surcharges, or other unforeseen expenses. Clients will be informed of any changes before final payment is made.The prices shared will be applicable subject to availability.


12. Responsibility and Liability
The company acts as an intermediary between the client and thirdparty suppliers (hotels, airlines, transport companies, etc.) and is not liable for any losses, delays, or damages caused by these suppliers.
The company is not responsible for any changes, cancellations, or interruptions caused by external factors beyond its control, including force majeure events, strikes, airline disruptions, or changes to government policies.
Any loss of personal belongings during the trip is the responsibility of the client, and the company recommends keeping valuable items safe at all times.


13. Group Travel and Minimum Participation
Some holiday packages are based on a minimum number of participants. If the minimum number is not met, the company reserves the right to cancel the trip or offer an alternative package or date.
If a group booking is confirmed, no price reductions will be granted for later reductions in group size.


14. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If the client has any concerns or complaints during the trip, they should be reported immediately to the company’s local representative or customer service team to address the issue onsite.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to arbitration or legal proceedings in jurisdiction of Bangalore, India.

By booking with the company, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
